The Source

From mountain
farm to your cup

We spend two weeks each harvest season visiting our farmer partners. We cup beside them, share meals, and agree on fair prices before the first bean is picked. No brokers, no bulk auctions.

The result is coffee you can taste the difference in — and provenance you can verify. Every bag carries the farm name, elevation, and processing method.

How we roast

The craft behind the cup

1

Source

We visit farms during cherry season, select lots by cup score, and agree on direct-trade pricing.

2

Green-sort

Defective beans are sorted by hand and by density table before each roast batch begins.

3

Roast

We develop custom roast profiles per origin — never forcing one curve onto beans that need another.

4

Rest & Ship

Beans rest 48 hours to degas, then are sealed in valve bags and shipped within the same week.
