Grown in high-altitude volcanic soil, Yirgacheffe is widely regarded as one of the finest specialty coffees in the world. The washed process removes the fruit cherry before drying, resulting in a clean, bright acidity that lets the bean's natural terroir shine through.

Our light roast accentuates its tea-like body and jasmine aroma, delivering a crisp, clean morning cup. Each harvest we return to the same washing station in the Gedeo Zone, where farmers have been growing coffee for generations.

Brewing recommendations

  • Pour Over V60 or Chemex — 92°C water, 1:15 ratio, 3:30 min total brew
  • AeroPress Inverted, 88°C, 1:13 ratio, press at 2:00 min
  • Grind Medium-fine (similar to table salt) for pour over; medium for AeroPress
